The Crans group participates every year in the Celebrate Undergraduate Research and Creativity symposium held on campus every Spring. Undergraduates share their research in a poster session among all departments of the university. Please see www.http://curc.colostate.edu/ for more information.

The undergraduates and the graduate student mentors in the Crans group celebrated the hard work leading to CURC and the end of the semester by a potluck at Horsetooth Reservoir on Mary 3rd.  The CURC participation from the group was at a record high (10 posters) and there were a record number of awards resulting (7 CURC awards).  This semesters hard work will result in several of the students will be coauthors on papers some that we will be preparing for publication this summer
